To ensure the smooth running of the conference communication sessions, please note the following:

  1. Parallel sessions will last one and a half hours.
  2. Each speaker will have 10 minutes to present their paper.
  3. The rooms are equipped with a computer and screen as presentation support.
  4. Presenters must bring their file/presentation on a USB drive and hand it in to the session moderator.
