Guidelines for poster format

If you are presenting your paper in poster format, take note of the following guidelines;

• Authors must bring their printed poster. The organization will not provide a printing service.
• Posters mut be in vertical format, with the following dimensions: between 70-90 cm wide and 100-120 cm high.
• Upon arrival on the island, the poster must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat. The organizers will be responsible for displaying it in the designated exhibition area.
• The poster session will take place on Friday the 13th, from 12 to 12:30 p.m. in an annex to the restaurant, which will be clearly signposted.
