Conference Inscription

 Registration fees:

• General: 100€
  
• EESCOOP members: 75€
• Students: 35€

 Registration for the conference includes:

• Travel to the island on the days and times specified by the organisers
• Lunch (picnic on the boat) on June 12
  
• Coffee breaks on June 12 and 13
  
• Guided tour of the island of San Simón at sunset on 12 June
• Social dinner on June 12
  
• Final cocktail event on June 13
  

ACCOMMODATION IS NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee.

Key dates

Key dates for Conference and Registration:

• December 19, 2024:
  Opening of the online platform for abstract submission.
  
• March 15, 2025:
  At 23:59 CET: deadline for abstract submission.
• March 17, 2025:
  Opening of the registration period for conference attendance.
• April 1, 2025:
  Notification of acceptance or rejection.
• April 20, 2025:
  Registration deadline for authors.
• June 2, 2025:
  Regular deadline for non-author attendees.
• June 12 and 13, 2025:
  Conference dates.

Registration instructions

Registration for the conference is done through the ConfTool platform: https://www.conftool.org/ eescoop2025/. Registration by any other means will not be considered.

The form will guide you through the registration process. You must indicate:

• The type of registration: General, EESCOOP member or student.
• Food restrictions, if applicable.
• The payment system: bank transfer or credit card.
